Lead form + WhatsApp button
On your existing website, tagged by source. The form captures the name, phone number and message, with a consent tickbox. The WhatsApp button only captures a lead if the chat lands on a number Softennect can read; on your personal WhatsApp it is tracked as a click.
Instant alert to up to 2 phones
A push notification in the Softennect app and a WhatsApp alert with the customer’s name, number and message, plus a one-tap link to WhatsApp them back.
Auto-reply in your words
Your customer gets one WhatsApp reply straight away, with a business-hours version and an after-hours version. It is sent from the Softennect WhatsApp line with your business name in the message, not from your own number.
Simple pipeline
One pipeline with fixed stages: New → Contacted → Quoted → Won/Lost, and a notes field on each lead.
Up to 2 users, web + app
Two logins, on the web and in the app, so the office and the person on the road see the same leads.
Monthly report
A one-page report on the 1st of every month: leads by source, how fast you replied, where each lead stands and how many you won.

Honest answers
- Which number sends the auto-reply?
- The Softennect WhatsApp line, not your own number. Your business name is in the message, so your customer sees straight away who the reply is from, and you carry on the conversation from your own phone.
- Does the WhatsApp button capture leads?
- Only if the chat lands on a number Softennect can read. If the button opens a chat on your personal WhatsApp, we track it as a click, not as a lead with a message. The website lead form always captures the full enquiry.
- What about POPIA?
- Every lead form carries a WhatsApp and POPIA consent tickbox. You are the responsible party for your customers’ information and Softechware is the operator, processing it on your instructions.
- Is there a contract?
- No fixed term. Lead Desk is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, invoiced monthly in advance.
- What if I outgrow it?
- Tell us what you need. Lead Desk is the first piece of Softennect, and what founding clients ask for decides what gets built next. Your leads stay yours either way.
Who’s behind it
I’m Galen Myburgh. Softechware has built and hosted for South African businesses since 2020, and Softennect is our own product, built and supported by the same company.
When you claim a founding spot you deal with me directly: I set up Lead Desk on your site, and I’m the one who answers when you message, Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00.
